A metaverse motif will provide a fun, speculative context for participants to think about their designs.

Build a game using Python! Join this workshop to learn about basic concepts of programming and game design, how to write and understand demo code and provide some customizations to upgrade the game, making it more interesting and challenging through animations and audio.

Have you always wanted to learn more about robots, but are not sure where to start? Then join this workshop, which is designed for beginners to the robotics and mechatronics field. We’ll show you how easy it is to control a robot using block programming!

This workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to gain an appreciation of all the key players that are involved in getting us safely from one destination to another by air travel, and to consider the key skills and future opportunities that will be available to students in the aviation industry.

This workshop introduces concepts of food science and nutrition in making healthy snack bars. You will be guided to customize every aspect of a healthy snack bar and measure the water activity of your own health bars to evaluate its shelf-life.

In this time of polarized politics, social media, and ‘fake news’, how can we determine what to trust? In this workshop, students will learn about how writers try to influence our thinking through their language choices and how to develop the critical reading skills necessary to identify bias.

Dispute Resolution: Reflecting on the needs and values of our society
In this workshop you develop skills in critical and analytical thinking, as well as research, comunication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Participate in a role play to resolve a hypothetical dispute and/or develop a law that reflects the values and needs of our society.

Creative thinking and the design process
